The Rider-Waite Tarot is one of the most popular and iconic tarot decks. Designed by Arthur Edward Waite and illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith, it is widely used by tarot readers because of the deep symbolism in the cards.

Consisting of 78 cards, it is divided into two parts: the Major Arcana (22 cards) and the Minor Arcana (56 cards). The Major Arcana represents important life lessons and spiritual messages, while the Minor Arcana depicts more mundane events and experiences.
